Recent projects
Since 2018, my focus has been on the customer experience and how the customer interacts with ba.com, Iberia, and now easyJet.com. Within my role at British Airways Holidays, I have been accountable for leading UX design support for projects such as, homepage search bar, integrating Pay with Avios onto the BA Holidays website and the creation of A/B and multi-variate testing; generating millions in revenue with successful campaigns.
Early career
Starting my career as a digital marketing assistant, I built up a broad understanding of the different areas of online marketing. From website redesigns to A/B testing, Event marketing to PPC campaigns, I have worked with many tools across different touch-points for a variety of different products.
2024 achievements
+20% mobile progression
A mobile CRO test improving the layout of the progression CTA sections increases progression to checkout by +20%.
Consolidating Travel Extras
By reducing the amount of steps in the booking, progression to checkout increased by 5%.
+ 6% hold bags attachment
By modernising the hold bag design and improving the interaction of the hold bag components, bag attachment increased +6%.
